I remember being new here and moving from Portland OR to Columbus OH to start my real estate investing career.

In a lot of ways i still feel 18 and i still have so much maturing to do, however i do feel mature in many aspects, i have a stable career, i pay all my bills, i have a car bill but it will be paid off ASAP (less then 300 a month) and no bad habits/addictions.

Both my husband and I work in the medical field & traveled for a few years, so we are interested in hosting traveling nurses in Nashville. 

Jodie, that's a cool career path.

One of the biggest things I regret looking back on my career is not getting into multifamily sooner and thinking that I had to start in residential and then to slowly work up my unit count.

Then: I want the lowest interest rate possible.Now: I want the easiest bank to work with.I think my investing career has gotten easier and more fun since I've changed my mind on the above 3 items.

As you progress in your career you will need more and more lenders.

I'm also interested to see if there are individuals doing this or lawyers/ companies in this field.

Ideally, you want a professional career (skilled labor) and a stable multi-year job.
