I performed an arrest records search on the tenant and found a history of arrests, as well as a warrant out for their arrest (failure to show in court).

Finally after much delay the eviction was executed for a home I want to buy. however the squatter/tenant has his stuff inside. long story short. mom wants to sell the house, son wont move, she went through eviction process, cops show up 11am, evict him out change locks, they leave, he breaks back into the home about 3pm. cops come and now arrest him for trespass. 2 day most he will be in.

., and was going to work with him on staying until they had to leave, as long as he ceased smoking in the unit.he has refused to respond, and apparently is smoking more, not less, in the unit. the amount of smoke residue, odor, costs to remove the stench, wont be cheap.since he was never on the lease, and the tenant had no legal right to allow someone to come stay, as the NEW Owner, can she file trespass and vandalism charges against the man not on the lease/or arrested for refusing to cooperate ?

Imagine if I’m renting you a home and if you’re one day late teh cops come NS arrest you and pay for the whole house to be cleaned and made ready to rent at your expense.
