If it were me, I'd put this one on the back burner and invest your time and energy into deals that are workable and make sense.It IS possible to work this deal, however your expenses to date are merely the cost of doing business.

@Adam Cherko, though admittedly silly to put it on the back burner because it takes little work to complete, I have put that on hold.

It's been tough studying nuclear engineering and putting my dreams on the back burner while in the Navy, but it sounds like I might be able to pursue some of my dreams at the same time.
