Was there some book you read, some class or YT info you drew upon?

I realize this is a complex concern so just looking for general advice here based on the experiences of others.I would manage bookings and client communications aside from maybe an on call service for at night.

I've been learning from some books, biggerpockets, and youtube. 

Consider local vs. out-of-state investing, virtual management, and resources like books like "The Book on Rental Property Investing" and "House Hacking" by Craig Curelop.

This week in my rat race commute I started listening to audio books about investing.

I know there are a ton of books and videos out there to explain this.

The author of the blog also has a book you can find on Amazon or I can send you a copy.

Taking action for you right now, because it doesn't seem like you know much, is going to real estate investor meetups, reading books, listening to podcasts, and asking a lot of questions while building relationships with other investors.A VA house hack is overall a better option, but comes with more overhead.

I have more pictures of Christmas decorations  but of course some people book months ago for Christmas and Thanksgiving.Since Pogeon Forge is a huge holiday destination we get a couple Christmas pictures up year round.
