They did try to tell me they can extend every week, every time I blocked access to the home.

Virtually all basements are going to have water concerns, whether from high water table, moisture attempting to move from soil to concrete/concrete block to air, actual infiltration from walls, etc.

As someone described there are mesh products you can use to block off that vent... and handyman can easily do it fairly cheap.

Must be within 2 blocks of the beach and for $300,000 or less. 

I'm OK with having a family with a few kids (6 people is pushing the limit, but a number of families on our block have 3 kids in the same size home and it's fine). 

The elevator will have a roughly 8x8 concrete block shaft and elevator inside.

It is a rougher area, but some blocks are better than others. 

Can you block the number?

They are proposing some sort of transit about a block down.

And I have blocked or kept this unit because of security deposit since middle of Feb.
