They also buy 20+ liens per auction because they know only 1-2 properties out of the batch will be worthwhile once they get the title.

My follow up questions are as follows... 1) When you bid on batch 1, do you find out if you won before batch 2 is finalized or do you only find out 3 days later for all the batches at the same time as the site may have alluded to?

I have had good luck with Facebook marketplace lots of weak leads come with the good so have a system in place that you can batch respond by copy and pasting the same message to get them to apply.
