You will have the same background criteria, you are just doing more showings, more qualifying, and more coordinating.

For background this is my first investment and I own the property personally not with an LLC or anything of that nature. 

As always, proper screening and background checks are crucial. 

We also expect QT to continue in the background as central banks cut rates; the one exception to this is the Fed.Globally, while Europe and Canada may already be in recession, we see a U.S. recession by mid-2024 and relatively stable Chinese growth around 5%.

I would not use Zillow or Trulia - first you need to know who created the background is key.

I have spent the last 8 years co-managing a small remodeling LLC, and have an primary background in project management, client coordination and admin communications/support. 

Landlords can conduct credit and background checks and have applicants submit  pay stubs and any other qualifications they may require of any applicant. 

At the end of the day if someone passes background check and has proof of income it doesn't really matter, but just curious thoughts here. 

The 2nd realtor doesn't have any investment background, didn't have advice on best rental property and the 3rd couldn't find any properties while the 1st realtor found plenty that matched our criteria.
