We sent out several announcement emails to ALL members and posted these on the site as well letting people know about changes in the PM system.All members were told to backup or save their PMs, as we were upgrading our system to the current one.

It's not unusual to hear democrats announce that they will pay for their social programs by collecting from "the rich" to pay for the poor.

Not sure what makes Memphis a "C" city, but there is 11 billion in commercial construction happening right now; pardon me, 11,034,000,000 as Sedgwick Claims Mgmt announced a $34,000,000 expansion that will create 150 more new jobs.

Generally anyone can bid at the auction and the announcement will set out the terms (be present with a $10,000 check  to be eligible to bid, no inspections, close in 30 days etc.)Most cases, especially if the value of the house is less then the mortgage/loan the bank is the high bidder and takes title to the property.

On Tuesday MLS is going to announce that Cincinnati is getting the latest expansion team.

A large employer can announce layoffs that impact demand which pushes prices lower.

I would still buy more here because of the development.I don't think I'd buy somewhere where there's no announced development.
