yeah I don't mind investing on my personal development and education just not sure how much bang for my money I'd get from some training program like that,I've been looking for local REI groups in my area and started making connections with actual investors too,just want to structure this properly before I go full time on it..Only book I've read is Rich dad so far,started cash flow quadrant recently and planning on reading more about it,going through the podcasts like candy!!

Jason apparently its a live and well strategy in Texas although from one thread looks like Texas is trying to outlaw it... there is a lot of bad actors in this area of real estate.. equity skimming laws were created to combat those who try to do sub too deals and are not able to keep them going or are flat out crooks.. the Groves in Texas I think sell how to as well.
