This denial letter should reference a credit reporting company where they can get a free copy of their report and it should tell them their score, etc and where you pulled the report if credit was a factor in the denial.I know what it feels like to be accused of a Fair Housing violation because it has happened to me and I didn't fret over it because I knew I had done nothing wrong but it did take over a year to clear my name.

Accusing a contractor of overcharging, without firm facts and figures, is tantamount to accusing him of stealing and that never goes over well.
