Anybody have experience renting a house that is in decent shape, but has been occupied by a stream of guys in their twenties to an older professional with high expectations?

Proof of this ignorance is the roar of people saying stockpile cash.... they just don't grasp how that cash is becoming more and more worthless day by day, leverage and assets is the answer but they are talking about awaiting some mirage of a 50% price reduction coming, again showing their ignorance of what an inflationary cycle does. 

The wood makes a roaring sound when it's burning. 

Any guest staying on the premises for more than seven (7) consecutive days or a total of twenty (20) days in any twelve (12) month period is considered a Tenant.

They're good kids (mid-twenties so kids to me) and although they could have stayed in their current home, they chose to move out and stay in an Air BnB to keep their relationship with their now ex-landlord. 

Before I call twenty different places just to find out if they do mortgages on rental properties, if they have reasonable closing costs, etc.

Imagine for a moment that you had an opportunity to travel anywhere in the world to take a six to twenty week internship position.
