install interior doors, trim work (casing and baseboard), baseboards in carpet areasinstall all cabinetry template counters---- this is where we are ---prep for trim and door paint (spray crew)spray interior trim and doors (spray crew)install counters (preferably right now is the time to do this but it can be later) (kitchen shop)taping crew returns to do the first touchup (a lot of damage on walls from carpentry, deliveries, tools, etc).

I live in california, i have lived in this same apartment for eighteen years, the rugs have never been cleaned,it was touch up with the paint..I  cannot do anything as the paint is the old paint and has since then been changed..I was reading about how we can be charged for this when we move..is this so ???
