I love title and lien puzzles but I'm staying away from that crowd.

You're already a realtor so that's a good part of the puzzle knocked out right away- you can already run comps, get title reports, etc.

Alison, from what I've read, you are smart enough to unlock this puzzle and figure out how to source data from multiple sources, compile and overlay to create your own perfect storm list.
