Try to charge them and suffer the consequences.

Try to avoid scheduling inspections for the last 10 days of the month as you will need time to fix the defects and get another inspection.

I really am just seeking a peaceful life without screwing up what took me 10 years to build.All my properties are paid off, I did try to go the rout of hiring a property manager (two actually) and it was sooo bad.

Especially for things like population growth/decline, economic trends etc.And what things do you recommend checking when trying to decide whether a location is a good place to invest.

We try to find properties that either be modified while keeping the sales price in mind or have a flow that works just needing updating.The open concept is another point that works for some but not the way it was pre-pandemic in many areas.
