OK, OK, this is where I grew up so I'm a little biased lol.

Then I know others over the same time grew net worth to 40 or 50 million.If all you are out is the appraisal consider yourself lucky.

I see great potential and ROI in this area as I grew up in this neighborhood and have watched it transform positively!
