I am 26 years old, married to my beautiful wife Emily who is a high school English teacher.I currently work for a mailing house company in Oxnard.

You have no recourse on your agent if he picks out something that you wouldn't have chosen for yourself.Crikey, I'm just picturing some tenant who calls about an apartment and speaks to someone named "Bob" in India who barely speaks English and has an accent so thick he is not understandable.

This guy Mitchell contacted me as well, poor english sounds like he used a dictionary to write, Our property is listed on House Maxx.

the problem with that statement is, it doesn't matter what you believe when the law clearly states what it states and it is translated into plain English Words by your paid attorney.

Anyway, they also agreed right away to my rental rate increase of $150 without question, the man/baby daddy/husband that lives there doesn't speak any english so I'm starting to think that these people just stiff everyone and agree to whatever even if they don't understand it.  

ı have moved to turkey sıx months ago and started as a real estate agent 2 days ago i have tried to find a mentor but my turkish language is not that good yet so i am trying to find an english mentor do u have any suggestions ?
