The unique part is that the duplex is in the city and is on a huge corner lot that is 1/3 of an acre so could potentially hold another structure and the sale also comes with the neighboring lot that is smaller but is also large enough to build a structure.

For brevity's sake, I understand the merit of seller's not paying professionals to negotiate against them and I am a proponent of brokers having greater flexibility and influence on compensation allocated, as it provides all parties greater chance of compromise.

If it’s a chattel filing with the state, the foreclosure would not affect the secured party’s interest… they could still repossess the equipment.
