If the courts for instance say that Prince Georges County cant enforce their pitbull ban on its citizens with pitbull service animals, how do you think a court would find in your case?

If you want to stay local, there are condos in Prince Georges county for under $200,000 that are cash flow positive (or at least neutral).

Im currently switching my asset class to vacation rentals targeting cottages in Ontario Canada but Im having trouble finding an agent with experience in REI.AirDNA seems to think the Kawartha Lakes region is the best option, but as this is my first cottage rental, I am open to building my portfolio in other popular summer destinations like Muskoka, Bruce Peninsula, Prince Edward County etc.
