You won't be able to replace them, paint, or decorate how you want.  

Once you have it furnished or decorated to your style, do yourself a HUGE favor and get professional photos taken.

It was someones second home before but it’s already decorated how you would want it to be for a short term rental.

Few minor updates, new TV's, some new lighting, light modifications to decor, new fire pit, incredibly light rehab.

Though we did not immediately pull the plug on servicing them, in the following lease contracts we made the fireplace a decorative item only, so we would not be responsible for service calls for its maintenance and lighting up.

If you look at the comparable's photos and note how much furniture and decor is used in each room, it has significantly fewer pieces. 

Our plan is to purchase a TH in need of updating and rehabbing with family-focused/themed decorating and amenities in mind and self-manage as much as possible as we have immediate family in the area willing to help out.
