Jeff, I don't have any industry experience, but can give you consumer feedback.I live in SE WI and many national carwash companies have come into the market and built some very high end facilities. 

It's fairly straightforward process in my state - just time consuming relatively (costs $250 and takes 2 weeks - so pretty easy compared to a lot of states out there). 

While contracts are binding, consumer protection laws exist against unfair contracts and deceptive practices.

As long as working from home remains relevant, end consumers will be looking to have more space.

While it is difficult and time-consuming to get approved, the main issue is that the interest rate will run well into double digits and, to add insult to injury, you get taxed on the interest you're paying and you're forced to take a life insurance.

However, concerns about inflation and the broader national economic policies continue to influence consumer behavior, with a trend towards more prudent spending and saving habits observed.The economic outlook for Raleigh in 2024 remains positive, with growth expected to continue at a healthy pace.
