While I did see some success, I also saw constant anxiety, stress, and a few partnerships that went poorly from my end because I was trying to be something counter to my natural self.I say all that to say, figure out how you most comfortably operate as an individual and gear your investing toward that.

It is a little challenging to discuss the renovations with my wife as she is a Worry Wort and as soon as I discuss renovations she automatically goes to "this is too much money, and we can't afford it, and were going to go bankrupt, and were ruined forever" fortunately I am able to brush off my old PhD education and qualm the mini anxiety attack and return her back to base line.

It sure is easier to devote yourself to something when you're not dealing with the anxieties of an unpredictable income stream, lack of benefits, etc.You've got your license.

My anxiety level went through the roof.  

That means, if you have $50,000 today, you want to make a $25,000 to $50,000 profit (return on your money ROI) within 2 or 3 months of by the end of the year.The next secret is; when many people have $50,000 in their pocket their anxiety is so high they don't know whether to poop or go blind.

LOL.. so it will depend on what your towing how the wind resistance is.. but anything less than say 100 miles   with the truck with the TRI motor and 500 range  Range anxiety will not come into play I bet. 

It will potentially take the excitement and replace it with anxiety, stress, misery, and ultimately your failure in this venture.  

I know Dave Van Horn has a book on BP and have read Performance Anxiety by Gordon Moss.
