What about traffic?

Does anyone use https://www.happyinvestor.com/ I came across this web site that claims posting good deal below market, below tax appraised value, investor deal etc.

I have been learning by listening to podcasts, watching youtube videos, and reading books and blog posts (the BiggerPockets web site has good specific recommendations).

You can drive all the high-quality traffic you want, but if it doesn’t convert it's a huge waste.Feel free to ask any questions!

Once we got to the freeway it was an improvement as they are made to handle a lot of vehicles and virtually the only ones on the freeway in the evacuation areas were the emergency vehicles and those evacuating.La Jolla has a bad traffic bottleneck even without an emergency.
