Cash flow statements are sent to me annually and all of my properties are visually inspected by myself at least twice a year.Please don't take my questions in a bad way but I see a lot of out of state RE investors buy out here and then just look at there operating reports from their PM's and forget to consider what the appearance of the property, inside and out, may look like 2 yrs later.

@Jordan Hanksion I don't care what no one says visually zillow is the besting out there. if your area has a lot of sales and you filter it right. it is pretty close.

But to address your window question, I dont think most home buyers care about brand, its more about visual appeal of the house, which the window effect that.

- Foundation (pier and beam house) - need to level the subfloor, no major cracks - Painter- Carpet/tile- Prefab cabinets and counter- Windows (one is a cracked pane that I'm hoping can just be replaced and other is bathroom and I'm thinking we can use a little decorative window there to give it visual interest and it explains why it would look different from the rest)- Tile in kitchen, carpet in bedroomsWhat are your thoughts on using Home Depot for some of this stuff?
