@Elle Oliver are you selling it yourself or with an agent?

We recently moved back to Canada, but plan to spend our olive harvest seasons in Italy and we are moving back full-time in about 3 years.

@Eve Oliver I believe there are legal questions here as to marketing real estate you do not own, so what I have always done is put language in the contract that says I can market it for lease and put signage up before closing.
