This was in Marietta Ga and we don’t have terrible water issues there, I think it was the ammonia from urine missing the bowl that caused it to fail.My 2 cents

Have no idea who's right & wrong here, but if you're going to speak negatively about someone, you should share better facts.The tenant destroyed the floors, some of the walls, appliances and urine smell all around the house, burnt a tree which clearly shows the quality of tenant.

Tile is not great either because the urine will get into the grout joints (yes, even if they're sealed) and you'll have to regrout.

On larger sites you could have porta johns every floor and still find 100's of urine bottles in the walls as well as food thrown in the walls and other stuff. same goes for residential construction.
