Sounds like a decent deal though so don't let the unknowns kill it.

So in my opinion there are a lot of unknowns with that purchase between the board and the bank etc. and i didn't want to be on standby for it especially when i had already offered the lease to someone else because she initially gave her notice..

I have 5 day contingency to review the existing lease, So I might use this to challenge the seller since I waived the inspections and this was unknown. 

Unknown as to the correct answer - it depends on the seller's desires, plans, tax situation.

Opposed to spending your weekend replying to the thread of an "unknown" you should be preparing for tomorrow, the first business day of the week and trying to close a deal.

There are always unknowns and crazy scenarios that will destroy your confidence which just paralyzes you.

Be careful about trying to save a couple dollars on your insurance polices because you will definitely regret it once you get a claimed denied by one of these unknown companies.

To many unknowns at this point. 

Flood is going to happen, at some worst unknown time.
