Good evening everyone,           I am just asking for people's advice on Aquidneck Islands real estate market, within my particular area, who may be from Rhode Island.

Hey Mike I host a meet p with my buddy Ronny in Staten Island.

I am an LA investor looking to invest a home in Memphis, TN specifically Mud Island. 

You don't have to take vacations just because the guru in the video is on an island in the Caribbean telling you how easy it is.

Im in Rhode Island.

My goal is to be able to buy single as well as multifamily homes and live off of the rent (long term goal) Ive also met with a broker who works with short sales, he takes on about 10 "projects" a year presents you with the short sales in area of interests (mainly Long Island) along with high and low comps, he asks for a percentage (unknown, at our discretion it appears) of the  profit after the property is sold, he typically works with investors who buy and flip. 

Would you happen to know if  Long Island is a viable option?

I dont know the laws for sure but I wonder if non working AC makes a place uninhabitable?

As the the electrical grid, it all depends where you are on the island.
