I could complete the main road in phases, build 2-3 at a time (could do more really as we have 15 right now actively being built but realistically not sure how fast it’ll sell.

This is expensive but you'll have a place to work and meet with people when you're in town that matches your online presence.

And there are a couple of folks in town who are suggesting using installment contracts as workaround, as well.

I guess that is why so many people buy lottery tickets, to have a little nicer car to drive to work....I grew up watching my mom carefully invest in stocks that she held for decades and built a nice portfolio with, I could never understand people who would get a bonus and spend it rather then invest it.

And they should have accounts for everything with heavy discounts built in for their quantity buying.
