You are just framing in and putting in insulation (if ) and drywall and mudding and texture+ paint to match. 

All doors and trim that were previously stained, have been painted white, the previously smooth and beat up walls are repaired and textured.

And will then want it replaced.The plumber was probably talking about jetting your lines.Winterization does a number on galvanized in my experience.
