Estimate to cover door openings in walls
Hello, one more question, as I do my due diligence regarding properties. I've seen a property in which two door openings need to be sealed back to solid walls. Do you have a price range or how much resealing the door openings to their original state (complete walls) would cost? I need to include that estimate in my property repair estimate.
Thanks

@Renee Burke unless the walls are something other than drywall (brick, stone etc) then it should be pretty easy. You are just framing in and putting in insulation (if ) and drywall and mudding and texture+ paint to match. SO maybe you end up painting the whole wall. This is assuming these are interior and not exterior walls. I would say $500 each would be more than enough to cover that and probably more than enough. Throw 1k at it for the hassle factor.
