@Luka Milicevic I see overpriced properties being bought all of the time.Real world scenario 35 minutes apart in CAProperty 1 - $590KNeighborhood - class DSchools rated 3/10 and 4/10Neighborhood amenities- crime, gangs, shootings, on the street prostitution, etcProperty 2 - $595KNeighborhood - class ASchools rated 8/10 and 9/10Neighborhood amenities - top tier parks, neighborhood Aquatic center, Tennis club, etc With only 35 minutes separating the two, would you consider Property 1 to be overpriced?

I can tell you the deck of the boat is worth more than the flooring in a condo and deck shoes or tennis shoes really should be worn for safety reasons.I've never seen a floor that couldn't be cleaned and where scuff marks from shoes couldn't be polished out, didn't even know they made flooring that didn't hold up to shoes.As a Realtor do you take your shoes off showing properties?

I didn't want to pay HOA fees, but HOA's include property insurance to the exterior, so I don't have to buy additional property insurance, plus you get to enjoy all the amenities (cable,gym, pool, tennis, clubhouse, security,etc).
