Be careful to take their temperature regarding doing deals.

However, you can crane lift or roll a well built MOD onto a poured in place stem wall and footing and anchor it with stitch welded steel plates that hold as well or better than traditional anchor bolts.To take it a step further as a Silvercrest Dealer for over 20 years we did many two story HUD MH's that had to be installed the same way.

Turned out it was b/c the water heater temperature was too high and the steam released from the relief valve made the floor wet.

Other products need required temperature to cure or workability. 

A lot of those trade skills are applicable later as a real estate investor so you may consider looking into plumbing, electrician, welding, etc.

Then again the argument can be made that the agents homes have sold for more because the know what repairs needed to be done, what staging, what pictures, what remodel would get top dollar, making the home available to showings, keeping the home the right temperature, smelling right and the million other things we tell our sellers to do that they might decide not to do.
