Hello everyone from BP! Just moved to Scott County Minnesota area from Southern California... what A culture shock that was. Now that I'm here I am ready to find some houses to flip! Since I'm new to the area just looking to network and find some other investors and get to know the area a bit more.

A little bit of both! This sub zero weather is crazy! I'm use to the cold 50 degrees winter days I had in California!
