San Antonio is a prime area to invest, the medical and the tech industry is booming.

Now just need to find tech forward real estate agent and property manager who won't mind investing their time into helping me make my first purchase!

My only experience with real estate is as a standard home owner.I work in tech, and want to start real estate investing after I move back to CO.

I used to be a blogger/reviewer in the high tech/start up world. 

For the non tech savvy person maybe pay a dev a few hundred bucks to get something up and running for you.For me I looked at doing this with Python, which it looks like is well documented on Google.
