Should we "keep some powder dry" for after the election?

It got a new roof, new paint, new or refinished floors throughout, a new kitchen, powder bath and master bath.

If you're doing a smaller space like a powder room or laundry room though, this is a great option.

Powder coated steel will rust.

You can get gravel that is crushed and has a mix of small crushed stones and powder. 

I'm updating a powder room now, putting on a new garage door and opener and wrapping all of my exposed wood on the exterior with metal and new vinyl. 

I will however keep powder dry for the next weeks and maintain a liquid cash position until the we have a better forecast of the real econmoic impact on tenants.Nice post.. kind of how I am seeing it as i talk to my teams around the country..  2 weeks ago when i made a suggestion on a post or posed the question how would you as a landlord work with GREAT tenants who found themselves in a temporary cash flow dilema and needed some help with rent..  75% who posted on this site  said  NO PAY NO Stay and or ITS NOT MY PROBLEM  or the banks dont care  etc etc.

one of my most epic Powder ski trips was a spring skiing for the last week of season mid april  and we got a 2 foot dump and there were hardly anyone there we got fresh tracks almost the entire first half of the day...

I don't have a STR but a friend of mine supplies a single cup Keurig machine, the pods and powdered cream.
