I know he missed a number of things; tiles that look suspiciously like they contain asbestos for one. 

If so I would be suspicious since such policy coverage is based on driving record, credit rating, age, etc.

So as far as education goes I’m a former broker spent about 3 years licensed (mostly doing work for other brokers) but I’m familiar with how the whole process works and what not on transaction side.I let my license lapse because there are requirements I’ve found make people suspicious.

If someone is suggesting a SFR in this market will cash flow well I would become suspicious!

I would never cut a wholesaler out if they brought me a deal, but I am very suspicious of any wholesaler and their deal when I do encounter them.
