Instead of renting to one person for a year, rent it to a corporation who can then use it to house whoever instead of long term hotel rooms.

Hotels, gambling, nightclubs, dining, entertainment, etc, etc.  

This way you can afford to stay in the nicest hotels  and eat at great restaurants. 

I would really like to create an option for those seeking a private alternative to hotels, but is this a can of worms?

I like their best quality like the hotel collection and also get your towels the same color too along with dish towels.

Almost all hotels prohibit marijuana smoking, and there is a huge influx of tourists coming here for that specific purpose.

They did not split the meter so technically it is still one house, separated by double doors (hotel style).

My client does have 25 years experience investing in long term holds and fix and flips, but maybe a hotel to assisted living community conversion is not something a lot of people are comfortable investing in quite yet.
