For example, RentRedi gave us some trouble in refunding a tenant's security deposit and the customer service representatives also notified me that there is currently not a way to refund a tenant's security deposit after 6 months once the deposit is made which concerned us with long term tenants. 

Relying on a home warranty = bad customer service to your guests.  

Terrible software, terrible customer service, and terrible company.

If you're looking for some unbiased feedback on services providers we get a lot of recommendations from our customers and networks and would be happy to pass these along. 

It took us 3 months to remove an illegal mentally disturbed tenant from an apartment who was sub-letting from one of the tenants. 

The reason is that we have a relationship with a regional bank that will provide financing and which if we limit leverage to 50% will (1) charge interest at their lowest commercial rate fixed for 20 years with no balloon, (2) charge 0 origination points and no “junk” fees and(3) allow us to sell the property with either a sub to or a wrap loan without increasing the interest rate - in other words no due on sale clause.  

However, this depends on the sub-market & season.

My interest rate is sub-five percent so I could be earning more money on that $100 than I'm spending to keep it in the loan.

A call to customer service fixed this.  

I wanted to ask about pricing as well.I have reached out to support@biggerpockets twice (Feb 16th, Feb 19th), no response and reached out to the general customer service a few days ago, no response.
