Yes, they can drive demand up and yes than can make the market to strange things, but I guess my main point was "don't worry about what individuals are doing, always look at the market", so I think we agree.

the tenant with the complaint also suggests it may be drug use. we have recently did a walk through on all the units and did not notice any strange smells.
