I just spoke with B2R financing, I think they were a podcast sponsor a few weeks back.  

I think they do seem to do pretty good DD on the sponsors from the brief research I've done.  

In the past I had used a 20% for the sponsor and 80% for the investor split. 

One thing that confused me about the CT application: "Salespersons & Broker Associates must be sponsored by a broker within the Reciprocal State at the time of application" is that referring to a NY broker sponsoring me prior to the CT application or finding a CT broker to sponsor me when applying?

They were a sponsor at my local REIA.
