@Derek Daun It can be difficult to determine the extent of a natural gas leak, as the mercaptans that it is spiked with can be detected at as low as couple of ppm.

But per your question, nuts and bolts, remember... there is a finite amount of space to occupy and the owners of that space will be in demand always.Of course there will be dips and spikes if looking at a market, but in general terms, the need (demand) will always exist.
