Don't spam people.If you are able to find real deals you will have more buyers than you know what to do with.  

Chances are you were sending the same message to multiple people and the system flagged it as spam.

Yes, this is far more time consuming than merely banging out a quick 20 CL replies, but if I were someone looking to sell, and I kept getting the same 'form' email or text, it would feel like spam, so your concerns do seem to be legitimate.  

My execution was probably weak at best, but like @Wayne Brooks  mentioned the strategy of spamming out offers to 90 DOM (or other) reeks of wholesaler.

Those tools just spam sites with crummy links.  

It's not like you are spamming each and every person with a "I BUY HOUSES" comment on their page.

If you are colleagues, it is up to the recipient to decide if what you send is spam or not and you risk being reported by the recipient.

By the way, I'm getting a lot of spam right now from people who are trying to teach me about this new "note flipping" technique so you might be in the perfect place with your problem.
