My sister and BIL literally just moved there!  

My sister has 22 properties in the Pitt area but does her own CC and asks for Proof of income (meet 3x rent).

I am now renting my primary residence for 1 year as I live with my sister to get the "landlord" aspect in my experience as required when applying for mortgages.

What if it drops to a value of 180K  even 150K  even if my buyer gets financing ,,I'm out 50K .I could have got my 200K if i was patient ,found a good agent and listed it for 6 to 8 months.My tenat buyer is making out like a banditHow do I address that kind of that objection from a seller in a logical manner that will keep him talking to me and wont kill the deal.2nd issueIm getting a lot of "pushback" from some sellers who say ,,,,"Yeah you sound like a nice guy but my sister did a lease option 2 years ago and let a tenant buyer in there and they trashed the place and never bought it after all,,,so Im not crazy about lease option,,,,,how do I make lemomnade out of a bucket of lemons like that?

I flipped my sister's neighbors house.

Like six weeks ago, he asked us that his sister in law want to rent our house and we mentioned that she can email us the details but for her the rent was high...

Given her personal situation and that she has a sister and parents living in the same town, she will probably be a tenant who would want to stay put for years.

My sister and her husband have a duplex in Waldo that cash flows really well.
