Payroll was significantly higher, entertainment costs, food, utilities...everything was pretty much under budgeted.

At home, I'm well served by only having a netflix and hulu account and was curious if there are comparable services that cost the same or less than whatever tv packages I'm use to having in hotel stays.I'd welcome any suggestions on how any of you accomplish this. 

I think he'll probably be better served simply taking $360K in boot (to offset taxes as well).

Keep in mind there are brokers/placement firms  out there who can serve as a conduit to the family offices, pension funds and insurance companies and the cost of those placement services are going to be significantly less than the amount of effort and expense that goes into the this new breed of syndicator.

Personally ilI suggest that you serve the notice to pay or vacate yourself, but call in legal support for the eviction.
