I have been scouring the forums for information about the area, but I still have some questions that I am hoping someone is gracious enough to answer. 

I'm scouring the forums to choose a direct mail marketing direction (my first official mailer) and am considering using what I mentioned above.The info on this thread is great and hopefully you, @Tristan S., myself and anyone else will figure out what direction to go.  

Hello everyone,I am new to this forum but since I recently joined, I have been scouring this site trying to obtain all the information that I possibly can. 

So the more the I network, the better.Currently I have been scouring the MLS my agent setup for me.

Here comes the kicker, the flipper-wholesale crowd says: "Well, you could've done better numbers if you just scoured for the right deal in X neighborhood, self-managed, and did the rehab with your own team."

Now I scour the streets looking for "saggy" homes where I might repeat this.

I've scoured Forum & REI Educational Materials and come up with nothing. 

But the broker told me his list was huge and filled with viable prospects.I think you should try to network with as many brokers as possible, but continue to scour the internet.

Still scouring daily but depending on your goals and skill set you may have better luck than me.
