I have been saving since I was 14 years old, and I am on Track to buy my first Duplex (house hack) while still being a senior in high school with my Parents cosign, I turn 18 In a few months.

 If I could go all the way back to the years when I was fresh out of college and start over knowing what I know now, I would actually go to grad school then start a career in a field that I enjoy working in that also pays well. 

Now about to pick up kids from school, feed them, and off to Jujitsu.

For example getting settled prior to the school year starting for their children in a new school district.

I am currently still in school so I am relying on my good credit score and loans to get started.If anyone has any good tips to point me in the right direction, all are welcome!

4 or 5 good quality 350 k SFH in a good prime location with thriving industry , booming population and good schools  ..that would be quality door count

This loan does not have monthly interest paymentsAfter explaining to them they paid the first year upfront and nothing else they are finally getting it (we think)… My opinion is that what we see is a failure of our school system.
