Bought a house, bought 2 more, bought another, had 3 renos going at once by January(I couldn't believe that's possible) sold those while acquiring another 6, had 6 renos going at once by March ( made 3 seem like a cake walk), wholesaled one, flipped the other 5, and bought another 7, including a sweet old bed and breakfast on 4 acres near the beach (That one is for fun and hopefully a good air bnb).

Myself and a fellow investor were talking about this exact issue this morning over breakfast; at the end of the day, we call ourselves investors, but we are really just gamblers with a 6 figure betting habit.

@Scott Trench 1) I want to reduce eating out because I spend probably $10-$15 a day at eating junk food at work for breakfast and lunch when I could make a weeks worth of healthy food in an hour or two on the weekend and freeze it. 

I meal prep almost every meal besides breakfast.

I have read that if they book for 30 days or more then they are considered a tenant and have tenant rights (difficulty evicting etc)I researched Chicago Ordinance and it says "Dwelling units in hotels, motels, inns, bed- and-breakfast establishments, roominghouses and boardinghouses, but only until such time as the dwelling unit has been occupied by a tenant for 32 or more continuous days and tenant pays a monthly rent, exclusive of any period of wrongful occupancy contrary to agreement with an owner."

I work in tech and worry that I fit the Silicon Vally stereotype too neatly (chia breakfast pudding followed by a drive in the electric car to yoga???)
