I'd love to provide some work if someone has someone they'd like to promote.  

I also can add that I like that area the home is located in and much growth has happened in the past few years there and in my belief will continue for the forseeable future.

Afterwards, if I get married to a wealthy lady or if I get a big promotion and start making a lot more money, to the point where I no longer fit into those parameters after the home purchase, am I still able to claim the the MCC or do I lose it?

It is my firm belief that in order to succeed in the business of real estate, you have to be able to learn on your own, and the best source is a $20-$30 book that you can find in Amazon. 

My belief is that there are good places to invest within a 90 drive from most areas.

This is the method that is most promoted here on BP, but definitely not the only one out there. 

Unfortunately contrary to popular beliefs CPAs can't do everything and be good at everything.

It will be a LP, GP partnership structure with a promote, so I will need someone that done this kind of structure in the past.Please let me know if there is anyone you recommend.Cheers,Zach Feldman
