I did see a setting that allows me to see the callers number instead of the google voice number but then I would not be able to tell the difference between personal and business callsthanks! 

I have one cold caller at the moment and she is dialing about 1,000 a day.

could help REIs close far more subject to, owner financing and LO deals (while getting many referrals) if they simply do things DIFFERENTLY, than the 'direct mailers,' phone 'cold callers,' and 'sales type' door knockers, who drive these poor (about to loose their house) home owners, into their shells.

They have caller ID so if you call back, the phone will just ring.

Now in the beginning, you may not be able to afford to pay an overseas VA of domestic person to do that, so that means you have to put as much time as you can into calling, yourself, until you close handful of deals and can afford to pay callers, and/or people to full time text blast, etc. 

My investor friend has GV, but getting his voicemail cleared is a challenge, he has had to wait 24 hours to have it cleared, so he loses calls because GV tells the caller his voicemail is full.GV is a great tool, but if you plan to build your business around GV, know its limitations.

There was one episode I listened to where somebody hired a cold-caller and text blasted those numbers at the same time and focused on follow-up through text.

The instructions are, when you get a call, ask the following questions and tell the caller that someone will call them shortly.
