In my opinion if only politicians and government employees had any sense of business etiquette- America would be in a much different position

Are you going to listen to a pseudo politician or trust what you are seeing right in front of you?

Their politicians listen.

It is becoming more difficult, politicians know there are more votes with tenants than LLs.

Many politicians know the consequences of rent control but they also know there are a lot more tenants than LLs.  

Politicians, law enforcement, county inspectors are responsible for protecting the common good. 

The people of Seattle voted these politicians into office. 

Well, one reason the purchase the insurance product is that there’s a deferred tax advantage, as the lobbyists for insurance companies have “persuaded” politicians to grant any investment product having a minimal of insurance attached tax advantaged status.  

Until the world opens up for business again without interference from nutty politicians, you should do some due diligence to find out who the successful, seasoned investors are in Austin.
